After the August 11 storm, village crews pick up branches at the curb line. Everything on your own property is yours to deal with. That is the part we do.
- Limbs and brush — cut up, loaded, and hauled from the back yard, not just the curb.
- Fences and sheds — downed sections and crushed sheds taken apart and removed.
- Soaked contents — what the water ruined in the basement or garage, hauled and disposed of properly.
- Raked out — the lot left clean, not just cleared.
- Ground work only — nothing on a roof, nothing near a power line.
- Then the repairs — fence sections, fascia, soffit, gutters, and steps by our carpenter.

Straight answers
Do we need to be there?
Only for the walk-through and to point out what stays. After that, you can approve the scope by text and get the photo report when it's done.
What happens to things we want to keep or donate?
Keep items are set aside where you tell us, or boxed and brought to you. Donate items go to a local charity and the rest is disposed of properly.
How fast?
Usually within the week; same-week when the schedule allows. Same-day price from your photo, and we start after your approval.
Surprise bills?
Approve before work. Always. The price you approved is the price you pay. Any extra fix gets its own price before we touch it.
Do you do repairs too?
Yes — soffit, fascia, gutters through full interior and exterior repairs, by a carpenter with 40 years in the trade. Scoped in person, priced before work.
Is this only after a passing?
No. Moves, assisted living, downsizing — any time a parent's home needs to be cleared.
